Milestone Procedure

Our program functionally operates by targeting pre-set milestones and procedurally working towards accomplishment of tasks. While different tasks are completed simultaneously in agile, we still need to work towards a unified goal. The process is often structured as follows: 


  1. Milestones are set and tasks are delegated.
  2. Work is done in agile to progress towards completion of tasks.
  3. Deliverables are reviewed for feedback and deliberation.
  4. Editing and refinement of deliverables.
  5. Final reviews and sign-off of milestone completion.
  6. Repeat until promised deliverables are rendered and disseminated.
  7. Ongoing statistical analysis of resource KPIs over time.
  8. Decision making on next steps.
