The InterFax platform uses a proprietary international network of secure nodes, strategically deployed in the US, UK, Germany, Turkey, Israel, Italy, Japan, and Australia. This secure network enables users to send and receive over 60 million+ pages each year.

As an independent service, InterFax provides customers the global security and privacy of paper to digital that is PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and EU Privacy compliant, worldwide.

As part of global market expansion, the executive leadership team at Ireland based InterFax sought out the support of renderbloom to help them conduct due-diligence on how best to increase market penetration, improve margins, and to identify market readiness for expansion with the eye to develop new partner channels that would include agent representatives, technology integrators, and value-added resellers.

Renderbloom leadership was contacted by an associate of UK-based Institute for Independent Business International to scope out a comprehensive study assessing North American market conditions, the feasibility of growth options, and consideration of alternative distribution channels.

After an exhaustive deep-dive, we provided recommendations that would advance more profitable revenue streams, rationalize InterFax’s contractual obligations, and position them for a possible future exit. The report identified opportunities for growth and recommendations in North America on how best to enhance existing partnership arrangements, as well as introduce them to digital-first concepts they could apply across the globe.


Our recommendations determined...


...that InterFax needed to install a digital inbound marketing automation platform (i.e., HubSpot) capable of helping them to better manage business opportunities, engage with new partnerships, and increase geography-specific brand localization for the purposes of increasing global growth quickly.

These recommendations included an on-ramp for growth strategy and market expansion potential. 

After we had concluded this project, InterFax merged with Texas-based Uplands to form the new Uplands InterFax brand as it is known today. Our report provided the foundation for InterFax leadership to gain a better understanding of North American market readiness and investment requirements to increase revenue and make more informed decisions with greater certainty.
